Thank you for choosing Workfeast Technologies Private Limited (“Workfeast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for your IT services. We strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction to our clients. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we have outlined our Refund Policy below:

Effective Date: 01 Feb, 2023

1. Refund Eligibility: Workfeast offers refunds in limited circumstances, subject to the following conditions:
   1. Services Not Rendered: If we have not commenced providing the agreed-upon services, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
   2. Service Discontinuation: If, for any reason, we are unable to continue providing the services after the project has commenced, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the portion of the services not delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:
   1. Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred by Workfeast on behalf of the client, such as domain registration fees or third-party software licenses, are non-refundable.
   2. Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered to the client, it is considered non-refundable.
   3. Custom Development: Any custom development work or personalized solutions that have been specifically tailored to meet your requirements are non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at info@workfeast.co.in within 10 days from the date of purchase or project commencement. Your refund request will be carefully reviewed by our team, and if eligible, we will process the refund within 3-4 days.
4. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If, for any reason, that payment method is not available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. No Obligation for Disputes: Workfeast reserves the right to decline a refund request if we believe that the request is fraudulent or if the client has violated our Terms & Conditions.
6. Amendment of Refund Policy: Workfeast reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
